REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Aarnika Jewellery, we pour our heart into every piece we create. We request you to read through our policy before placing your order so there are no surprises.

1. The Beauty of Handcrafted Jewellery
All our jewellery is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Chennai using semi-precious stones and antique gold plating. No two pieces are identical — subtle differences in texture, stone colour, or finish are a natural part of the handmaking process and add to the uniqueness of your piece.

Please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device display, lighting conditions, and photography. This is normal and not a defect.

2. Can I Return My Order?

2.1: What if I simply don't like it after receiving it?
We are unable to accept returns based on change of mind, personal taste, or preference. However, we do accept return requests in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective piece
  • You received the wrong item

Wrong Item Received: Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs on WhatsApp.

2.2: What if I am unsure before ordering?
We never want you to feel uncertain about your purchase. If you have any doubts about sizing, colour, or whether a piece will suit you — please WhatsApp us before ordering. We are happy to share additional photos, videos, or measurements to help you decide with full confidence.

2.3: What about gifting?
We know how special it is to gift jewellery to a loved one. However, once an order is delivered, we are unable to accept returns if the recipient does not like the style or design. We encourage you to browse our collection carefully and reach out to us if you need guidance before purchasing a gift.

2.4: What if the style is not what I expected?
We put great effort into describing each product accurately with detailed photos and descriptions. Returns based on style, colour preference, or size are not accepted. If you are unsure about anything, please speak to us on WhatsApp before placing your order — we are always happy to help.

3. When We May Not Be Able to Help
If your return request falls outside the conditions listed above, we may not be in a position to approve it. We will always communicate clearly and try our best to find a suitable solution for you.

4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Outward shipping to you is covered by us. In the event of an approved return:

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
  • Any returns sent without prior approval from us will not be accepted

5. Store Credit
All approved claims will be settled as store credit:

  • Valid for 15 days from the date of issue
  • Can only be used on aarnikajewellery.com
  • Cannot be transferred to another person

6. What if My Order Doesn't Arrive?

6.1: Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not reached you, please contact us within 10 days of placing the order. We will investigate and resolve it promptly. We regret we cannot assist with claims raised after this window.

6.2: Missing items in your package
If you believe an item is missing from your order, an unboxing video taken on the day of delivery is required to process your claim. We recommend filming all deliveries as you open them.

7. Orders Cannot Be Cancelled Once Shipped
Once your order leaves our hands, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. This includes all personalised and made-to-order pieces which are non-returnable under any circumstances.

8. No Cash Refunds
Aarnika Jewellery does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All approved claims are resolved through store credit which can be used for your next purchase with us.

9. Caring for Your Aarnika Jewellery
To keep your jewellery looking its best for years to come:

  • Store each piece in the pouch or box provided
  • Keep away from water, sweat, and perfume
  • Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after wearing
  • Avoid wearing during household chores, swimming, or exercise
